Kimberly and Colleen and her husband went above and beyond for us in the purchase of our first home. And with a bit of a hiccup they REALLY went all in to do everything they could to help resolve an issue which was with our lender and an error on behalf of our appraiser who listed our property as a condo instead of a PUD. I highly recommend them for your home purchase they will bend over backwards to get you the BEST DEAL.

Scott was extremely responsive, even while on a family vacation out of state! He had no issues with being able to answer any questions that I had and was more than willing to explain anything that I wasn't quite understanding. His credentials alone are enough to make him stand out, but his personality and attentiveness are what really set him apart.
